We have an amazing return policy! You have 60-Days to test out the DVD and Manual, if for any reason you want to return, simply ship back the DVD in good condition, and we will refund you 100% of the product cost minus shipping.

In order to receive a refund you must email us to receive the correct return address. Refunds will only be accepted at the given address. Please email us at LearnHowToMakeHolidayBows@gmail.com, and in the emails subject line type: Refund Requested. We will email you the return address within 2 days.
